Morning all.
I have noticed in the past year that my recovery time has reduced from 3 months to around 2 weeks. I have changed my diet slightly but the only other thing that I've had in my body are 3 covid shots. Not proud of it to be honest but has made me think.
Could this be a reason why?
Would love to hear other people's experiences with recovery after their shots if any.

Could you specify which type of shots you got? I got two Sputnik shots when the epidemic was new. At both times I got a moderate POIS relief on the same day, but no lasting effects whatsoever. I wonder if another kind of shot would have a different effect. At least I no longer have any worries about covid. I get reinfected regularly as everyone else, but it is no longer worse than any regular cold, so a vaccine for me feels futile even if I have an autoimmune disease.

The cause is probably a combination of autoimmunity and SASP leading to excessive oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation. Antioxidants, testosterone, NO and norepinephrine boosters, ERbeta, sigma-1, SIRT-1 and dopamine agonists, PDE4, PDE5 inhibitors and CD36 antagonists are effective.
