Well, we could try thinking of a movie with an actor who we really admire -- or a sports figure.  Then compile that list together and have a "discussion" about it.
He doesn't have to have POIS -- just needs to be sympathetic. 

I also think that you might want to do something along the theme of undiagnosed disorders.  POIS is undiagnosed -- that's a fact.  Perhaps if the "undiagnosed" aspect was emphasized over the "post-orgasmic" aspect, people would be more open to hearing about it and wanting to help.

there is also a list i found online with people who have some connection to autoimmune diseaseses, we can start with them.
