Hi, it's been a while since I do not post.
I heard about the benefits of taking vitamin D3 & magnesium together to aliviate anxiety symptoms. I took a chance, since my first diagnosis by a psyquiatrist was that I suffered anxiety after orgasm, 20 years ago. But the pills he gave for anxiety (clonazepam, escitalopram and risperidone) did not work when I had an orgasm, so for years I ignored this diagnosis.
Well, started taking 250mg of magnesium + 400IU of vitamin D3 a couple of months ago and after orgasm I feel way better of what its meant to be POIS but I now believe is a rare case of severe anxiety. I now take 750mg magnesium + 800UI of vitamin D3. I am not a doctor, but I've read its in the normal range.
I can do a normal day, only feeling a bit strange and hot inside, plus a little tired the second day. As always been my case, symptoms disappear after two days.
I strongly recommend the intake of both supplements, since my experience has been very positive and has slashed most of my typical symptoms after orgasm (cold and hot rashes, chills, weakness, dry skin and eyes, social phobia and generalized disconfort).
