Extreme fatigue after random bladder pain?

Hey Guys,

Last friday I have extreme fatigue after weird pain around my bladder last friday in the evening. The pain lasted for two hours. I did go to bed and after i woke up i have again extreme fatigue until now. It feels same like POIS after multiple ejacs.

When i have ejacs, I also have bladder pain the first few hours and then the fatigue kicks in.

Also have to say that I had a viral infection last week (only sore throat and ear pain)

What could this be?

Have to Come back on this. It is my POTS coming back since I dropped the Levine Protocol. Pots can cause bloating, maybe that is what i feel. Extreme fatigue is gone when I exercise
