Crohn's disease with orgasm as trigger

I read about Chrohn's decease and started thinking that orgasm could be the trigger.

There are several different triggers for Chrohn's, such as hormonal changes happening upon an orgasm.

I also read that Crohn's can cause fistulas, that is a connection between, for instance, the prostate and the rectal opening. This causes leakages of materia from the intestinal to the prostate.

Any thoughts and ideas about this?

Points to consider:

- the orgasm is the trigger, Crohn's has a trigger setting it off
- my orgasm causes a severe intestinal reaction, Crohn's is an intestinal inflammation
- my immune defense goes hay wild
- the symptoms of Crohn's decease fit my symptoms, such as fatigue, weight loss and fever
