Ejaculation triggers my symptoms for sure. Retrograde ejaculations seem to trigger milder symptoms. There does seem to be some kind of correlation in regards to amount of ejaculate and symptom intensity I’ve noticed, although have probably not observed it enough.

You can technically seperate orgasm and ejaculation, inducing non-ejaculatory orgasms which do not seem trigger symptoms for most guys including myself (most won’t know until you’ve had one).

never managed to achieve a retrograde orgasm so I just retain to ejaculate
