I am a newbie here, I only signed so I can share my experience and therefore I will try to keep it short and straight to the point.

Like most of you, Pois literally changed/destroyed my life. I live in a small town in a third world country, and therefore I didn?t have excess to good health institutions/practitioners. So I had to figure this out on my own, and the help I got from this forum. Plus I believe, at least for me, refraining from ssex/ejaculating is not an option for me, or let?s say wasn?t a favorable option.

I have tried many many treatments/supplements/exercises discussed in here. Niacin helped a bit, 5-HTP helped a bit more especially in the depression and mood department but it made me in a calming mood all day where as my job requires a lot of fast and heavy physical movement.

Allow me to describe my symptoms, maybe you can relate to this.

- severe fatigue: I can?t tell you enough how much I have wasted opportunities, exams, social events, and even chores because I was just to lazy to get of the bed, sometimes even cleaning the house or getting a hair cut. I skipped final exams and dropped out of college. I sleep three times a day and never feel freshen up.

- focus and cognitive issues, memory loss and brain fog: that hit me in my job, I started to look like a zombie. When I am focused reading or working on a computer, I can literally feel my pois symptoms acting up.

- social awareness and depression: I start to get agitated easily and just lost the will to enjoy life and the company of others.

Until I found Ginseng, I am sorry if you have already tried it and didn?t work for you and I disappointed you, but bear with me. I wanted to write about this days after discovering Ginseng but I thought it might be just a placebo, now it?s been about a year since I thought about Pois during the day, I really want you all to feel what I am feeling. Sometimes I have ssex once in three days in a row. One time the third day I even ejaculated for 3 times and the next I went on a business trip that took 20 hours of working, driving and meetings.

Please ask your health practitioner before taking Ginseng. Especially if you have special medical matter.
The problem with Ginseng, if you have tried it before, is that there are many many fake ones or lets say not effective enough. Another problem is that I feel the proper dose is different from a person to another, and even from a day to another.

I am writing this as to invite you to join me to try different Ginseng origins, effective doses and the best time/practice to take it.

My experience with Ginseng:
I can write about the scientific background on Ginseng but I am sure you guys can do a better job than I can.

There are different origins for Ginseng, American, Indian, Korean and Chinese and many more . The best I have tried are the Korean ginseng ,then the Chinese one.
Ginseng is naturally grown plant, very similar to Ginger.
Ginseng has to be grown for 6 years before it gets to a point where it becomes usable, and there lays most of the “faking”. on top of that there are so many different brands that you just can?t trust, therefore you gotta try brand after another until you find your chosen one.

I take from 500 mg to 2300 mg, to 3200 mg if I had a very important day. Sometimes gradually during the day, sometimes all together.
I found it best when I take it in the morning in an empty stomach, plus ginseng has a lot of health benefits for you guts, blood sugar and mood. Sometimes I take breakfast right after taking Ginseng.
On the day 2 after the day of ejaculation, I have never ever thought about pois or got the feeling of the symptoms . On the first day after the ejaculation, sometimes pois gone 90% and most of the time 100% especially on social awkwardness, energy level and brain fog.
Ginseng can cause insomnia, but for me sleeping was never an issue, but I take it early in the morning, or maximum by lunch as to avoid this. However, I feel the insomnia some nights, but it?s more of like an option for me, my body like tells me you if you want to work I am ready, and if you want to sleep I am also ready.
 
Right now:
I take 1600 mg of pure Korean Ginseng with (5% ginsenosides - the most effective ingredient)
+
1650 mg of Korean Panax Ginseng Extract (root) with 10% ginsenoside mixed with:
600 mcg of B12
175 mg of Acetyl L-Carnition HCI
120 mg of Ginkgo biloba Extract
40 mg of phosphatidylserine 50%

The second one works like magic on pois, literally magic , but I don?t want to overdo the other ingredients that comes with it especially B12 . Not only helps with Pois, but helps me being more happy, friendly, optimistic and great energy levels and agility. I really wish all of you to feel the same, and I apologize for taking your time.
