Complete emission avoidance

Hello to everyone, I wanted to ask how many of you have managed to completely eliminate emission in any form. As for me, now I watch pornographic material only maybe once every few months, and there have been also time in which I managed to avoid masturbation for months. The problem is that the result of all of this is just to increase the incidence of nocturnal emission, which often also happen more nights consecutevily, and in my case the symptoms are almost as bad as in the case in which I masturbate. Moreover after some weeks of astinence I start to have problem sleeping and also in the days after an emission I feel a lot hornier than usual, and for all these things I end up masturbating again (I think one of the main problem is sleep, passing entire nights watching the ceiling and feeling extremely tired kind of destroy my willstrenght). Since my symptoms takes more than two weeks to fully disappear( at least the cognitive ones,which doesn't help to concentrate on other stuff, the others are gone in few days) I'm pretty desperate :( . So I wanted to know from people that have completely managed to abstain if they have the same problems and how they solved them. Probably this topic has been already discussed somewhere else, sorry for the repetition.

Staying busy doesnt have any relation with NE, what i tested till now it 3 things: limit the water in the evening, try to utilise the penis how much i can because it will tired it, and the last thing i try now is chastity, i buy some type of chastity belt or boxers that don't let penis to be upright and contract, the standards one i think it too much to sleep with, you can try, i see it works for me by now.
