A microscope, observing blod of poisers daily???

It,s remaided me with idea that i toth to post here
a long time ago, but forget about it.
I did see how peoples on chronic lyme
forums, hawe bought microscope, or go on medical unuversity , to
daily to observe theirs blod under microscope.

For exemple for lyme:

So i wonder is here someone who can 
hawe  acess to go on medical university to obseving theirs blod semples  to time to time??
Or buy a microscope?

What are you guys think obout this idea?

Observing precum fluid on microscope,
observing semen on miroscope?
Why not???
