long term coughing
« on: September 20, 2021, 09:01:40 AM »
i have had coughing now for about a month

i usually get this when the autumn is coming, some winters are horrible, not a problem during the summer

does anyone else recognize this, a cough that never goes over by itself?

drinking tea helps and any kind of menthol pastille removes the coughing for a while, also wearing slippers

  • Use Adaptogens and Antioxidants, they can help.

maybe a poll is useful for those kind of questions :)

I almost never cough.
But I used to often get sore throat that does not go away for several days, now with FFP2 mask winters it's better.

I have it and noticed it in my father as well.

Lately bumped into this article:

I got a severe lung inflammation in my teens. Feels as if it never left.

My long term coughing is back. It comes back when i have dysfunctional sleep and is nervous. Cold air flow does worsen the cough.

I haven't had a chronic cough for some time, but it could be something like chronic bronchitis.  Believe it or not, I found that acupuncture has been phenomenally successful at getting rid of it when nothing else does.
