- Fresh raw minced garlic, let it sit for 5-10 min before consuming (improves POIS physical symptom of fatigue)
- Vitamin B Complex "LifeExtention Complete B-Complex" (B complex + methyl B12 give my incredible mental health/motivation)
- Eggs, liver, & meat especially
- Just eat real food (JERF) -- organs, muscle meat, shellfish, small fish, vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, etc. For general health, I supplement zinc, vitamin c, vitamin d, and magnesium.
- Gluten-free if viable. I've noticed going gluten-free seems to improve physical energy after ejaculation compared to when I eat gluten. I don't eat gluten-free however because I find it too restricting for my athletic goals.
- Strenuous exercise (general health maintenance)
Temporary 2 hour post-orgasm light POIS buildup phase (when solution is taken afterwards and not before)Matcha green tea can help in these transient circumstances. Solution still works highly effectively if I take the fenugreek and garlic after orgasm instead of before, but it usually comes with this POIS
building up feeling which lasts less than 2 hours. Whereas when taken before, it gives your body a chance to digest the fenugreek and garlic, extracting the benefits beforehand in anticipation of the orgasm.
Additional notes:** After dicing/mincing raw garlic, wait 5-10 minutes for optimal amount of allicin to form. Coat it in a generous amount of honey to swallow with milk (removes unpleasant taste of garlic from your mouth)
** If the clove is very large, cut a half or 1/3 of it to ingest, toss the rest. A big full clove is unnecessary and will probably make you stink
** Be careful of consuming too much garlic, as it will leak out of your pours and stink. Wear nice natural deodorant/cologne
** Garlic pills suck compared to fresh raw minced garlic. Use raw minced garlic as a minimum when testing this
** Solution works before OR after, but it is more effective taking it beforehand to 'prime' your body for the orgasm. Ideally I take it before AND after.
Gonna experiment with eating organs.
Frequent ejaculations still drain my energy and vigour for life overall. The difference is that no matter how many times I ejaculate the effects are not chronic like they were with POIS.
Began testing this method on 07/07/21. Which marks just over 7 months of success at the time of this edit.
My old POIS symptoms (thankfully a thing of the past):Born in 2000. POIS began when I was around 17-18ish (never had it before then). Symptoms included generalised anxiety (which created & intensified social anxiety), intense physical fatigue, brainfog, agitation, for at least 3-5 days depending on severity. These became exponentially worst the more I ejaculated in a short period of time. I would need to do 20 days of abstinence in order to ejaculate and not experience POIS.

Australian NaturalCare Garlic Pills with fenugreek dry seed exact and experienced significant reduction of POIS by 70% however
raw garlic remains to be much more reliable and potent. Raw garlic gives me insane levels of clarity and energy (a reality where I am thriving) compared to garlic pills, albeit the garlic pills are still effective to some extent (they definitely reduce the dread of POIS, anxiousness, and severe fatigue). However I still experience a low level brain fog and lower energy levels compared to raw garlic - my body feels "full" and alive after eating raw garlic, and my sensory clarity is insane!
