I'm 41, had it since my early 20s or longer, and the symptoms have not improved with time. Demo on the forum I think is in his 70s, and he still has it. There are other older guys on the forum as well I believe. Sorry. :(

Don't give up though! Many find ways to alleviate the symptoms.

i have bipolar disorder ocd gad and thyroid problem too i live in hell why am I live?!?
i think about suicide too much Early my pois is only 1 day but its extremely powerful i cant handl that

I’m 75, and POIS has not declined for me, with one exception: aging finally rid me of the dreaded NE’s (nocturnal emissions)!

niacinamide worked for me but i use 1000mg of depakote too i cant use it cause of liver damage

i want try desensitization could it possible it makes my pois duration worse?!

My pois started when iam 17 years

Now same as it is symptoms even now of 35 years

I don't know why iam living

Just living for the sake of living or hoping one day God will come to earth and give me that damn solution for pois 😡
