Vote can be changed.

If it's being triggered by a specific trigger other than POIS then you may place that in the comment section otherwise the poll gets complex.

The can-not-stand-and-need-to-sit-down feeling that normally goes OK after eating salty snack + sugary isotonic drink...

I only had Orthostatic Intolerance while taking SSRIs or a high dose of tryptophan supplementation.

More triggers can induce OI in me, for instance stress, high temperatures and food.

I find it really hard to tell if POIS affect the level of OI i have. But the time i fully lost my conciousness while standing in the subway was on the way home from my (now ex-) girlfriend after a lot of physical contact and arousal but no orgasm.

I would assume that OI mainly stems from the general fatigue we experience and the natural unhealthy stance one takes on.

"I truly thought I was the only woman alive experiencing this.  For me, this all started AFTER menopause (I'm 53) and no longer had to take birth control pills (I was on those for 20+ years).  I thought maybe those two things combined were causing this.

  • Use Adaptogens and Antioxidants, they can help.
