Post COVID and POIS syndrome

I am reading about a post COVID syndrome that is incredibly reminiscent of POIS, I have not read the causes well also because little is known but without a doubt it is a reinforcement to the thesis of POIS caused by an immune system disorder that for my case I was skeptical in the past even if I am starting to develop a different idea even if it is purely cognitive POIS without physical manifestations, I also wonder if vaccines against COVID what effect they can have on POIS always if there are any, here someone is vaccinated against COVID?

When I was sick with a cold I had two orgasms and once nocturnal emission with zero cognitive symptoms and no POIS symptoms in general so POIS is definitely related to the immunity system in some way although I do not think that it is an autoimmune disorder because my C-Reactive Protein was only 1.9 in 2019 January when tested however I do not know the count of my anti-nuclear antibodies it could be that there is actually some chronic pathogen maybe from the gut that is able to be suppressed only when the body has an extra immunostimulation like while being sick as it was in my case
