Goji Berries reduced the POIS maybe 15% of POIS. Far from cure. I go to professional dentist healthcare and get wisdom teeth removed. It show on X- Ray that the wisdom teeth is deep. So I get it removed and I?m cured.

Hi Muon, yes, they did give me antibiotics. And it was amoxicillin. And They prescribed IBuprofen and Paracetamol for pain killer. When removed my wisdom teeth. It?s pretty cheap if done in professional dentist healthcare. The X Ray showed that my wisdom teeth is the root of my POIS symptoms.

Although goji berry contains FODMAP it has the highest antioxidant value (ORAC) of all berries which makes them very nutrient dense, so you dont need many of them. They are included in my chineese medicine chicken bone broth soup along with Juju berries. My chinneese doctor also sais I should eat them separatly every day because they are good for the kidneys and low blood pressure (hight blood pressure too I guess). My blood pressure is about 110/65 and pulse around 50. Sometimes I manage to increase them to almost 120/80 (never above that) and thats when I feel the least POIS symptoms. Whats yours?

PPARs are ligand?activated receptors in the nuclear hormone receptor family. In the inflammatory response, PPARG inhibits the production of inflammatory signaling pathways and inflammatory mediators. A previous study showed that miR?29a sufficiently suppressed the expression of CB1, which further restored PPARG signaling. Next, we investigated the role of CB1 in PDLSCs under inflammatory conditions. The development of periodontitis is tied to the accumulation of inflammatory mediators including TNF-a and INF-g, and an increased inflammatory response develops with the destruction of periodontium tissue.
We found that the CB1 expression level in PDLSCs was decreased after stimulation with either of these inflammatory factors. Other studies have confirmed that PPARG is a negative regulator of osteogenic differentiation. For example, a study showed that enhanced PPARG activity leads to bone loss, and reduced PPARG activity causes bone mass to increase in animal models. Moreover, high glucose levels can prevent osteogenic differentiation by activating PPARG signaling and reduces the self?repairing ability of PDLSCs in periodontal tissues.

In X-ray it is found that my Wisdom tooth gone depth and due to this there was a imbalance in nervous system function And wisdom teeth infection. I removed my Wisdom Tooth by extraction ( small dental surgery ) and it cured my POIS since the day I removed it. It?s cheap surgery anyway.

Hi Hopeoneday! The X-Ray examination shows that my wisdom tooth gone depth. It’s called Impacted wisdom teeth diagnosed by Professional Dentist HealthCare. I removed my Wisdom Tooth both lowers jaws teeth side by extraction (small dental surgery) and now I’m cured from POIS. It’s very cheap surgery anyway. I also had my insurance cover me so it doesn’t matter to me.

  Yes, I did have roots inflamed on them and bacteria infections both lower jaws teeth side.

Yogurt, Kim Chi and Banana are the best natural probiotics sources  I have tried.

But you could try probiotics supplement.

About the medical test results, I only have a picture of an examination scans X-Ray of my impacted wisdom teeth. I could post here if it necessary and important.   But I think my impacted wisdom teeth picture scans X-Ray files is at my father’s insurance cover they need it so I can claimed some money back.

 So, i think, I’m just very lucky in my case to removed my impacted wisdom teeth. So my physical symptoms and cognitive symptoms of POIS since puberty is gone.

Hi,

We finally reached the success with Gaurav's POIS and now he completely cures from POIS. But cause for his POIS is completely different from mine where for me it is due to accumulation of toxins in the body and the same was cleared through panchakarma process.

Whereas as updated earlier, we (my dr.kumar's suggestion) tried panchakarma treatment on Gaurav, but found 40% result and his POIS bounce back after two months. Again in coordination with Gaurav's physician, Dr.Kumar suspected nervous system imbalance is the reason for the Gaurav's POIS. For this he suggested various medicines and nothing worked on him.  Finally, Gaurav found Wisdom Tooth in both sides of his lower jaw and apparently there was no physical pain. In X-ray it is found that the Wisdom tooth gone depth and due to this there was a imbalance in nervous system function of Gaurav.  One month back, he removed his Wisdom Tooth by extraction (small dental surgery) and now he is out of POIS.   This is the result of Gaurav's status.   

Hence, as updated earlier, my POIS is due to toxins and Gaurav's POIS is due to Wisdom tooth.  Further, as posted earlier, in our city we have found another 10 people suffering from migraine headache felt increase in discomfort after orgasm and we suspect this is also POIS as due to lack of awareness, they are treating the same as migraine headache. Out of which one person came volunteerly came for treatment and now he also cured from the problem. His cause for POIS was entirely different from mine and Gaurav. I would post the result after some time as now we can discuss on the result of Gaurav and on Wisdom Tooth.
