Are there any POISers who have never in their whole life had any antibiotics?

Are there any POISers who have never in their whole life had any antibiotics? I wonder if it is even possible for a person to develop POIS if their gut microbiome is never changed externally and is allowed to develop naturally. To test this theory out I wanna know if there are any POISers who quite literally never had any antibiotics given to them in their whole lives but still developed POIS. Of course it is quite rare because the majority of people get some disorders or something in their life which requires for them antibiotics but if there are any please tell that because I have lately been thinking about that I do not recall any POISer who has never had antibiotics and as far as I could remember all of the POISers have had antibiotics given to them at some point in their lives.

I developed POIS when I was 16. I have got first antibiotic when I was 18. Before that I never ate them. The anthibiotics that I've got when I was 18, cured my POIS for 2 years. Nobody understood how this was possible... Nobody knew I had POIS. Doctors just gave me anthibiotic Ciprofloxacin, becouse they had no idea what is wrong with me. When they gave me Ciprofloxacin again when I was 22, it coused me the strongest paine I've ever felt in my life. Killing paine lasted for one year and left me damage I can feel even today (I am 33).

So the first time those antibiotics cured your POIS for two years and the second time those very same antibiotics were given for you they did not cure your POIS at all?

Yes. But first time I got Ciprobay 250mg. I remember eating only 5 pills. Second time I got Ciprobay 750mg, eating 20 pills. I went to the doctor, telling them it coused me severe paine. Then they gave me anthibiotic  Tavanic 750mg. I ate 10 pills and got huge paine I never felt in my life! Nobody understood what is happening and I can not find any reason what happened...
