I have seen scholarly articles where pinprick tests have been done with a persons own semen to confirm POIS.  Wouldn?t this be an easy way to do oneself to confirm?

Hi Berlin

I strongly believe my POIS behaves like a contact allergy. If I store some of my semen/sperm in a plastic bag for a few days until I can tell if POIS kicks in again, and rub the semen/sperm on my fingers, then my full symptoms are triggered.

Have you ever tried something like this?

All the best

I have not ried yet, but I would also think if you put semen on your arm and scratched your skin with a needle you should see an allergic reaction
