My cortisol is low.

For increasing, I'm having very good experience with candy with licorice extract.
Just don't use it late in the day, else I get heart racing in the morning.

This is so tricky. In the morning most people have high cortisol, it spikes because of the light. People with cortisol deficiency may also have hight in the morning (and thats when they have their cortisol tested). But they run out of the cortisol store earlier on the afternoon than others. Thats why they get so tired and stressed at work and when they come home. You need to test the cortisol levels on many times during the whole day! Cortisol is the most important hormone. Thats what keeping us POIS:ers alive and the inflammation down. However long termed hight cortisol has really bad conequences, just like everything else that is too high over time.

This poll should be designed to take this into account.
