workout starts now
« on: January 01, 2021, 10:37:36 AM »
join me and try to workout a little bit this year

i have today started with mild jogging around the neighborhood

breathing through mouth, because of severely clogged nose, done two runs of 7 min each today

spring is coming and i will post training results here

outside temp was around 6 degrees celcius, was ok

i had to rest and catch my breath a couple of times, breathing is not natural since my diaphragm muscle is tightened all the time

will try to focus on the breathing

have bought all through cotton clothing since i think this is important

initially i felt my breathing caused blood taste in mouth and my chest was totally not okay with exercise, but i stopped jogging, walked and started jogging again, this solved the issue somewhat

I started a workout program already in December. Most days I lift dumbbells and (try to) train for upper body strength, and every once and a while I devote a day to moderate cardio instead. A few things are obvious to me:

1) exercise on its own can definitely induce POIS-symptoms;
2) often, if I have POIS symptoms but manage somehow to start exercising (even though my body tells me not to), the symptoms alleviate and I feel better for the rest of the day (often at the expense of waking up with brain fog the next day, unfortunately);
3) sometimes, the day after a workout (or after O), I just can't lift a single dumbbell. In days like that, I skip the exercise.

The above 3 points have already appeared elsewhere in this forum. What's more interesting is that I can add something on the bright side

4) A POIS cycle seems to not kill my gains. Let's say I start an exercise, and I initially do maybe 3 series of 8 reps, with 8 reps being my failure on the third series - that is, no way I can do a 9th rep. Then I train for several days. Especially when out of POIS, I feel great. Let's say after a week or so, I reach 9+9+10 (last 10 on the last series being again up to failure). Then let's say POIS kicks in. But then after it's gone, when I feel fine again and try, I can again do 9+9+10. I regard this as a piece of good news.

I keep a detailed log of how much I've lifted each day and when I've had an orgasm. One of the reasons I launched this program is to gather further data on POIS and exercise. I'll keep observing, but it's all a mystery to me, to be honest.

After 7 years of pain i found out that pain desapears quick after hiking. If I have sex in the evening and I go hiking next morning, the pain won't even trigger! But I have to hike whole day and go directly to bad in the evening. If I don't go hiking the pain will last for months. I have strong neuropatic pain in my testis and abdomen... I realy don't understend...or maybe it has something to do with blud supply in cremaster and abdomen muscles...

I kept a good exercise routine for about 4 months but I will have to stop, because college classes will come back and it is impossible for me to concentrate on my studies and maintain an exercise routine, or something or other. Cerebral fog is the only collateral I have when exercising ....

I will join you, I have 80lbs  to loose. I will do Monthly update.  I am only overweight because of over eating caused by to much orgasm from porn addiction.  Fortunately the winter is pretty mild in the south US.
