Artichoke is loaded with vitamin K, could it be that that's why is helping?

I have teeth plaque, it accumulates very quickly, after even 3-4 months it starting to appear again and i brush my teeth 2 times a day. Does anyone have maybe teeth plaque?

I have this problem too despite brushing my teeth after each meal. No relief with regular flossing, using electric toothbrush, better toothpastes and mouthwashes. Still get plaque and only dentist can remove it.

I find it pretty weird that this worked for him, I tried k1 after reading this and it gives me headaches and feels like reduced blood flow to the brain. Vitamin k helps your blood clot, I had a weak positive for one of the APS antibodies (doesn't mean APS) so probably not a wise idea for me to take it....

Maybe he had a damaged blood vessel and this healed it??

It could be in that case some molecules would be leaking into the bloodstream causing allergenic autoimmune inflammatory mast cell activation disorder reaction or improper nerve/muscle/bloodflow/etc. activation leading to imbalanced neurochemistry
