You may want to lie down for ~5-10 min to stabilize HR before measuring and need to lie down flat, no elevation of head. Votes can be changed. If you have measured it multiple times, pick the largest change.

Accordingly, the systolic blood pressure would probably also go down 10 steps upon standing up (Raglands test) as a sign of adrenal exhaustion. It should go up!
