I can clearly feel having pulled a string/muscle in my penis

in this picture i would say its actually the urethral vein

I suspect POIS might be related to muscles in penis and surrounding area when I had 1 nocturnal emission and 2 orgasms without POIS I felt more sensitivity deep in dick during masturbation that specific sensitivity in that specific area was only felt during that time when I was able to orgasm without POIS and was ill with neck cold and once I healed both the sensitivity and POIS free orgasms went away-it was at middle area like deeper rather than towards outter area.
