Why it's good to take a shower after an O.

After an O. my skin gets oily. That's on day 0 and day 1. When I go to work at day 1 and someone passes me while I am sitting on my office it's like there is a big wind behind me. Now I now what that is. That's because my skin is really oily. I can see that on my forehead. So I started taking a shower on day o and day 1 and it helps a bit. My skin is less oily.

Maybe this is the reason why some off us said that cold/hot showers help them.

POIS since 2000. Very bad since 2008. I knew that I have POIS since June 2010. Desensitization since March 2011. I stopped with desens in July 2016. I have 50% less POIS. And only 1 day of POIS. Purified CBD works for me, but I am allergic for CBD.
