Anal stimulation

Hi guys,
I wanted to share that anal stimulation makes my pois a lot better. The time for recovary is cut in half when I do this. And the period itself is a lot more bearable. I am completly serious when saying this. I did a O yesterday without it and I feel a lot worse then previous times. I know it's a bit much maybe, but if you really want something to help, you can try this. I think the reason why this might work is because you kinda force the muscles down there to relax. Perhaps this is related to prostate drainage which is a treatment for prostate bacterial infection.

I tried a prostate orgasm through anal stimulation once before and I still had symptoms, it didn't feel very pleasant either
