Has there been anyone with POIS who hasn't responded to Prednisone? I took 6 days 40mg of prednisone (which is a high dosage) and didn't see any improvement if anything I felt even worse when taking prednisone. I also took antihistamines (fexofenadine) and didn't see any improvement, if I've already tried 2 immune targeting treatments is that enough to prove that my POIS might not be immune related?

Just curious, what are your symptoms? Mine are very much like migraine so I take things that help with migraine and it helps, but you may fall into a different cluster.
