Pressure in the eyes during abstinence
« on: July 21, 2020, 02:56:23 PM »
(Sorry for my English. )
Hello!  I discovered pois a month ago and immediately started following "nofap".  At first everything was fine.  But after 3 weeks I started to have the same pressure on my eyes as with pois.  Moreover, only pressure manifests itself without other symptoms known to us.  Do you think this is related to abstinence?  What do you recommend to do?  (by the way, I noticed that pressure in the eyes appears the next day after arousal without euculation and masturbation)

I had this symptom during a summer once. Triggered by high ambient temperature out of POIS. It appeared together with abdominal pain which was triggered by high ambient temperature as well.

Hi,
I did nofap for about a year or so. It was very useful, and would recommend everybody to try it for at least three months or so, especially if you have addiction issues. It taught me a lot about sexuality that nobody would have been able to explain to me.
Anyway, it is very well known that nofap can cause "ups" and "downs". Periods where one feels strong urges are common. They will go away, usually within a few days or so.
Therefore, I'd recommend to keep going. Don't give in to any urges, and try to ignore any pain that you think might be related.
And re-evaluate after some time (people say that nofap requires at least three months to be effective, which I think is about right).
Good luck!
