I'm just drinking 2 gallons of water and Himalayan salt a day.
I know it seems a bit extreme. But I'm feeling much much better.
Dehydration seems to be the cause of allergies, fatigue after hot shower (dehydration), fatigue after coffee, and so on.
Everything that dehydrates my body makes me feel very very bad.
For me, sleep and water are the two most important things in the world. With bonus, it seems to clear the intestines much better.
Don't ever drink 2 gallons without salt, because it dehydrates the body because it washes sodium from it.
