Which symptom cluster are you in?

Was reading this page about POIS (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5001999/) and I'm curious to see where the majority of people here lie.

My POIS fits into cluster 1 the most, but it does not perfectly fit into his criteria. I wonder how clearly POIS clusters can actually be defined, or if each individualised POIS case is too complex and nuanced to be perfectly categorised. I suspect the latter is more likely. We can probably only identify and distinguish clusters to a certain degree. Or perhaps we have not pulled apart, tested, and identified each cluster to it's full extent yet. Most people do not do enough comprehensive testing, medical/scientific and anecdotal/intuitive.

To perfectly describe my cluster:

- Symptoms: social anxiety, fatigue, body aches, frequent urination, nervous system activation, brain fog, inflammed back. No "flu" like symptoms, no runny nose, etc. Food sensisitivity & possible minor exercise sensitivity intertwined that illicit POIS symptoms.
- Responds to methylation & B complex vitamins
- Responds to animal-based/keto/carnivore diet (removing starch)
- Responds to cordyceps, raw garlic, fenugreek, caffeine, zinc, and magnesium
- Responds to D3
- Responds to red meat, eggs, & Greek yoghurt
- Likely Candida/fungal/bacterial overgrowth based on OAT (organic acids test)
- Low neutrophils
