The parasitic infection rate is pretty low compared to other types of infection. I know that mediators from eosinophils are toxic to parasites. I'm not aware if this is true for MC mediators as well.

I wonder if something similar can happen to the penis, like increased nerve fiber density due to NGF leading to premature ejaculation.
