Fast symptoms ! Why?

Hey everyone ! Have you ever experienced any symptoms of POIS for a short time (without being in POIS) when you became nervous or excited? Could this be a psychological effect of POIS? ??? ??? ??? ??

Yes, sometimes a weird short POIS hits me when I'm anxious.

Me too. Every time I get upset/excited/confrontational I get pois symptoms mainly the brain fog for a few hours.
