What did i tested:
1- Aple cider vineger- i did rapidly losed weight on cdier.
Not helped with digestive isues,
POIS, fatigue etc.
2. Iodine drops, only 1 drops of
100mcg of iodinea day-
resulted - incriesed metabolism and
again rapidly losing weight.
Not helped on fatigue, pois ,
muscules energy etc.
3. Digestive enzayms (twin lab),
result - when i am in pois, and tryed
thouse enzayms, i get nausea and then diarhea from this pills.
4. Ginger did nothing for my
pois, no inflamation relief,
no digestion improved,
no bloating relief,
When i combined hony
some carbs , ginger and milk,
that cobination lead me to rapidly
incriese in stomach acid and burning stomach, wich i usualy dont had.
5. What is intresting, when i am on
hard mode, 5 weeks for exemple,
my body complitly start to shuting down, go in weak state, digestion shuting down, it is like
body dont know that i eat
and need to start digestion,
food stayed in stomach undigested
(this is in pois days offen)
