Masturbating without finishing

Has anyone had symptoms without ejaculating, or do we all need to "finish" to have symptoms?

My guess is that 90%+ require the latter.
10 years of major POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks associated with it.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business.

Qualified no. It depends for me.
1. If I edge and the O sequence is activated but stops short of O, I will usually get sick, possibly full POIS.
2. If I were to jerk off but not come close to finishing, I most of the time will not get sick.
3. Sometimes however, arousal alone triggers a mini-POIS event that includes light headedness.

OK cool, that's kind of what my impression was.  Thanks for the replies!
