Doppler Scan?

Rather than using an MRI scan for the brain which many in here have had done wouldn't it be much more useful to have a Transcranial Doppler scan of the brain which examines blood circulation within the brain. And maybe this could show a vascular pathology which is affecting the inter cranial pressure.

If POIS is caused by vascular pathology-how it could be solved?
