« on: July 25, 2019, 02:55:40 AM »
Hello guys
I am having pois since puberty
And apparently it is destructive in nature

My career. My life all on the edge. Thanks to pois

I am having this every day feeling of burning sensation behind my eyes
Plus tennitus both ears some times left ear alone  plus headache. Insomnia

These symptoms are making my life a living hell. I have aggressive insomnia with vivid scary dreams

Any one here in the group having same complaints
Any successful treatmeny

I appreciate your advices

I am taking a benzo plus pregabalin and sedative. But all help me only get sleep and not to controll the burning sensation

I wish for any help. Thanks
POIS of 10 yrs now

Hi Labyrinth. Sorry if you have already been asked this before. Have you tried the Niacin (B3) method yet?

Your story is similar to mine, however when I looked at your comments in the forum I didn't see that you had tried Niacin and/or Nanna1's stack. I have had some good relief from symptoms - but I really had to follow the directions carefully.

I hope this helps you!

I think i have got three new symptoms including slight buring sensation behind my eyes( i can ignore).
I believe i got them because of chronic over orgasm.
I am not  sure i yet i will be more clear about them in the future.

Try diclofenac +ibuprofen + diphenhydramine. Also fasoracetam taken sublingual helps . Keto diet low carb also helps..i prefer raw eggs, raw meat and raw butter. Eating carbs only makes everything worse.

Other than that you are screwed..better stay celibate

2 orgasms in a month and i have insomia for the whole month , hell with orgasm just an erection already triggers fatigue

Guts, can you reword this post. In this form you are pretty much prescribing, which is not allowed.

Thank you, CP2.
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business
