Bad sleep and Mini-POIS
« on: July 02, 2019, 09:28:12 PM »
Before I had full blown POIS, I had a recurring phenomenon that if I had bad sleep the night before of particular low quality, I had symptoms for the following day: had my head buzzing, headached, my eyes felt off track, skin crawled, chills, red eyes.  At the time I did not experience any POIS in post O formulation.  Anyways, I  I started stock trading again which disturbs my sleep pattern (i.e. causes me anxiety and has me waking up throughout the night), and today I am having said symptoms. I had historically been thinking of it as a separate migraine like condition.   Now, in the context of knowing and experiencing a full on POIS cycle, it seems to me that these symptoms I suffer from are basically a mini-POIS that others report from semi-arousal, exertion or poor sleep/stress triggers.

Does that sound right to you all?  If that is the case, my POIS goes back way before the sexual manifestation.

Alot of patients get pois (less worse than normal pois but still debilitating)  from just having an erection. Every night you get erection in your sleep , its normal but for alot of people this triggers lesser pois.

I'm never symptom free either, if i stay celibate for 3 weeks i get an improvement in fatigue but alot of other symptoms remain

I recognise it too, some dreams can trigger this, dreams that you will not even remember when you wake up. Be sure to have a low temperature in bedroom, stay away from alla screens and smartphomes 2 hours before bed and have regular sleeping times.
