In this case, I would like to know if opioids work when tooked AFTER orgasm. In my case, taurine helps even if I took it after.
Taurine = Anti-Pois

I was hoping you gentlemen would have some ideas of which supplements worked out if the list of 20... did that image load?

I do not see any image. Your best bet will be to try each supplement one at a time to see what works. You might end up with a more manageable stack.

Your image does not load for me neither, Chris, I cannot open the file.

Sorry all for the late replies.

The opioids work after or before. It is well known opioids help PE. But by help I mean they inhibit ejaculation making it impossible at prescribed doses.

I tried B3 several times after O. Does not help much.  I have tried pot yes, it helps. But not like opioids.

The supplements only worked when taken everyday for weeks, so I don?t know how to effectively narrow or excitement when I need 60 pills a day. Will try to upload that image again. I did an attachment, how else would I do it??

Tried the tianaptine again. It worked after like 6 Os in a row. But with drawl in inevitable.

Important element. Taurine works for me after or before too.
It doen't "calm down" or "slow down" orgasm.
It just calm down a metabolic distress triggered by orgasm/ejaculation.

All of these problems point out to an overreactive vagus nerve in my opinion.

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

Wouldn't pure opioid agonists be safer than tradamol?

Hi. I think long term use of opioids messes with your hormones. At least I know oxynorm does as I've taken it and felt pretty much the same effects as I do with pois

Each to their own, but I don't recommend anyone taking them either other than for absolute necessity when it comes to managing pain. Highly addictive as some members pointed out, and take too much and you'll pretty much die in your sleep as your breathing shuts down

isn't there a way to use tramadol without being addicted to it ?! isn't it worth it for POIS ?
