What do you guys think about this
« on: February 18, 2019, 05:23:17 PM »
I found this on Youtube this morning. It struck a chord with me, as I've been diagnosed with Candida/ leaky gut/ food intolerance as well. However, avoiding the foods I tested positive to only reduced my symptoms by around 20% -- noticeable, but not substantial. I'm wondering if I still have a candida overgrowth, even after I finished taking the antifungals I was prescribed. My doc recommended a stool test to confirm the candida is still present. I'll probably do that this week.

I don't eat any refined grains or sugars, though I do eat fruit and plenty of whole grains. My last IGG4 test showed a pretty strong candida response, which my physician said means I had an overgrowth at some point.

Leaky gut and candida yeast infection is not really recognized by official medicine yet.
But according specialists, small intestine must be cured before using pre or probiotics.

Pois = diarrhea = 7 days

Candida = diarrhea = 7 days

After 7 days then there is no problem with pois and candida.

If there is O ,then immediately candida overgrowth in gut.

If I don't O then I don't have candida.

Finally,

Pois can be candida ?

Yes, pois = candida.

How long this viscous circle of "pois = candida " ?

Fluconazole worked for me.

But when you do O and again candida occurs and then Fluconazole 400mg need to be taken.

But Fluconazole had high GI side effects.

So ,

Iam taking Fluconazole +probiotics

Fluconazole = AF 400

probiotics = vsl#3

But both are very costly
