My PE is just abseloutly ridiculous, I literally can't last for 4 seconds after Ejaculation. Absolutely ridiculous.

My life-long PE is extremely fast as well, within 10 sec of stimulation. There is hardly any masturbation involved at all, this is another reason why I avoid having sex. Similar research, as stated in this paper, needs to be applied to POIS patients in my opinion.

Is this also a problem with condoms and do multiple orgasms relieve the problem

After multiple orgasms i have the opposite problem i can go for days but this is with a condom on.
