Forced sleep

Forced sleep (e.g., just now, 10:40am till 11:30am - - even after a good night’s sleep) helps my POIS recovery *enormously*!

Trouble is, I use 50mg Benadryl to accomplish that. Some professionals - - including Harvard Medical School - - believe this can possibly contribute to dementia:

Magnesium is known to aid sleep as it forms GABA to help the mind relax. Also l-glutamine is the precursor to GABA so that might help too (I take l-glutamine).  l-glutamine is also the most abundant amino acid in the body... These supplements are natural and the body relies on them so they are probably safer than benadryl (but I'm no Dr.)

To be honest, the main factor for me is the temperature. We know that the boundaries for optimum comfort are set between 20ºC-25ºC, so you should consider turning off a little bit the radiators or even use less blankets if you are having difficulties right now. I have been having problems with this issue lately.
