Similarity of symptoms with that of menopause in women
« on: November 22, 2018, 12:09:16 PM »
Is it just a coincidence that our symptoms match with what women feels during menopause. If not POIS may also be a hormonal issue. Just curious.
POIS since 2010, anti inflammatories work . I think it started due to anxiety. I strongly belive we will be cured one day☺️ Stay Strong :)

Hi poisoned123, I'm curious about the origin of your username. Did you take any medication which could have triggered POIS?
Male, INTJ. POIS symptoms: red eyes, ear-pain, anxiety, speech problems, pale/ugly skin, stiff neck, double chin, tinnitus, light sensitivity. POIS even after stimulation without O.

Symptoms of pois are like poison killing me slowly. :) It comes after that. And No I wasn't taking any medicine when it started. But I was very stressed and anxious  when it started. I used to stay awake late nights before it started. Before it started I took azthromycin as I had acne but I don't think it caused pois.

I have had similar thoughts about menopause. I think you have a point. What symptoms in particular do you believe overlap?
