Rashes
« on: May 14, 2018, 03:04:47 AM »
I feel the need to document my symtoms. Even though this is probably not the right place for that. Right now i am getting rashes on certain body regions for the second time this year. Last week i wasn't totally fit, but i finally wanted to go run for the first time this year. First i didn't notice anything bad, but towards the evening i got more and ore exhausted, the POIS kinda way. Two days later i felt the need to release, even though i wasn't feeling completely fit, so i did that using the prepack by quantum and niacine. Got a little bit of that typical migraine style headache the next evening and one to two days later i started noticing the appearing of rashes nest to my armpit, knee pit, and crook of the arm. They are red, but go more towards orange and are swollen dots and areas. At the same i have that exhausted feeling like i've been sick. Also the tonsils have small white dots (not tonsile stones) which have ben tested negative in a streptococcal test. Last time the rashes lasted for at least two weeks. Prior to the rashes i took a large dose of niacine every morning so i get a flush, not sure if that increased blood circulation could aid in transporting germs or toxins to the skin.

Is anyone else getting rashes? Are there any supplements that help? Right now i believe again, that POIS is an allergic reaction.

I think the correct term is "Hives"
