Guys I resolved the POIS in the worst way, I am taking SSRI medication and aripiprazole and them caused my libido to reduce much, in the past one O at day was the norm for me with POIS worsening my mental symptoms while now I am a little improved in the mental symptoms which I have always but with the POIS I had them much stronger, now the meds cure my baseline depression and other problems and destroying the libido also is an indirect help with POIS, I also noted that antidepressant in itself help a little with POIS but taking them only after an orgasm I don't think will be much useful because usually are used for long treatments.
