in these cases..
dark pure 70% chocolate the day before
intercourse with wife early Saturday morning
intercourse is quite quick and i do not prolong the stimulation
ejaculation is weak and calm
total relax on sofa during rest of Saturday
ginger tea some days per month

Hi the truth is, whenever I have nocturnal emissions, the symptoms tend to be less sever the day after and the recovery much quicker.

I have the same experience: after prolonged abstention, symptoms seem to lesten.  And ginger also has a good impact for me.

The link doesn't work for me. "Strong" orgasm doesn"t give more symptoms or longer Pois. I don't have Nocturnal ejaculation during sleep since 10 years but it gave me Pois symptoms.
