some venting
« on: August 16, 2017, 01:50:43 AM »
im 29 yrs old now and while i've found a good combo of remedies to decrease my pois symptoms i still live with this thing every day and i wish i could be normal every day. i hate it i hate it. fuck this stupid fucking disease. man. the cause is almost certainly some modern pollutant or modern cultural factor or something recent in history because this isn't natural. fuck. fuck. fuck.

:)

I'm 27 and feel the same way sometimes.  Luckily my diet has helped.  But now I'm worried about food instead of "O"... lol...

And I feel like yours is too with your wheat intolerance thing.  You might want to look more into eliminating foods (srry if you tried that already)

My POIS managed with Diet (@ diet that 100% manages my pois)Believe my POIS stems from inflammation in the gut. O = neuro POIS from inflammation from the gut

supps: microdose zyrtec if needed for food sens. ibuprofen for infl. as needed. Melatonin as needed. Big Pinch Black cumin  seeds once daily

I am 27 too, i feel your pain. Knowing you are close to the end of your physical prime years sucks.

Well my grandpa is around 80? Years old and he feels great and still works out.  You can still build muscle well into your older years.  I don't have any problem with getting older at least knowing that I can feel good and be healthy.

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business
