Orgasm without ejaculation
« on: July 27, 2017, 03:06:13 PM »
What do you think of orgasm without ejaculation using the pelvic muscles to hold back sperm, it can cause POIS even so?

This practice is used in tantric sex but I fear it will cause severe vasocongestion and prostatic pain, in this days is very difficult for me not to masturbate and sometimes I have erections and I avoid masturbation because of POIS and after that I have pelvic pain.

Do you think it will cause POIS anyway? I don't think so.

It is hard to achieve, for sure.  I tried this a while ago, but it was quite complicated to control this process, meaning much "accidental" releases before succeeding, so many unwanted POIS episodes.  Also, it didn't feel very natural, I felt like the contraction reatained was not good for the prostate region, so I stopped this practice, because the few times I have succeeded, I had some POIS symptoms anyway, maybe just a little less than usual.  Others can post their experience, that'S only my point of view.

Old thread but I need to let people know.

Using your muscles to hold back an orgasm is possible, I did it many times in my hey day, but you must be forewarned, doing so can rupture tissue from the pressure of the seminal fluid as the prostate tries to eject it. It is quite possible you will see a bit of blood come out your wiener. And if the theory is true, you'd end up mixing more semen into your bloodstream, causing POIS symptoms anyways.

If you decide you want to do this anyways, you can practice working the muscle out that are use by clenching the same muscles you clench when you try to stop peeing. You can sit in your chair and do 50 reps of this at a time, and the muscle will quickly grow strong enough to effectively stop ejaculation.

Patricia Garfield, author of the book Creative Dreaming, describes an interesting concept during REM sleep called “Brain orgasm”.

I’ve experienced it.

No POIS!

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

That's an indicator of Ejaculation's involvement in you POIS.

Which then gets you closer to the Auto-immune theory. Do you have Urethritis after ejaculation?

Really? That's weird. No burning while peeing or any pain in the groin region?

Nas, I just wanted to clarify that I was not referring above to my “NE’s” (nocturnal emissions), but only to Garfield’s “brain orgasm”, a totally different & rare phenomenon/experience.

In my experience, “brain orgasm” is not very intense, whereas “NE” is often (but not always)  a most powerful experience. Even a strong “brain orgasm” is always for me far less intense than any other form of sexual experience; sex, masturbation, or NE. The conclusion I draw is that a non-ejaculatory ending is the reason for “brain orgasm’s” non-POIS result. I *think* that’s what you concluded as well.

But whether strong or weak, my “NE’s” were *always* followed by very severe POIS, inexplicably more severe than with any other form of sex.

Thankfully, aging stopped my NE’s, concluding the most vile & vicious form of POIS-induction in my life!

I have had rather good luck in this regard by using Rapaflo, which results in anejaculation.  For some men, the dry orgasm does not leasd to POIS.  I am in that fortunate group.

Dry orgasm is the POIS solution for forum member Animus.

Animus successfully eliminated his POIS. His chosen route was via surgery.

The Learning Channel did a special
TV presentation on Animus’ POIS treatment & surgical recovery:

If you search the forum for “Animus”, you can read some posts about this.

CAUTION/Controversial: surgical treatment for POIS is not proven and can possibly be dangerous.

Animus’ response today to the post above - -  by email:

Yes!
I just looked up anejaculation, & Rapaflow... and that's exactly my case too.
Anejaculation is the complete absence of ejaculation during sex, and in my case, even during orgasm. Anejaculation- or what I called "dry ejaculation", specifically for me was the cure to my POIS. - bold emphasis mine - Demo]

I am still able to avoid POIS completely since my surgeries to minimize my Semen Production, hence minimizing any ejaculate. The most I ejaculate nowadays is just a small tearful of clear liquid.

Also, the drug is in the same class of drugs as FLOMAX, which I also use to maintain this anejaculation condition. It really does help to minimize the prostate, and minimize production of semen fluid within the prostate.

Good clue!!
thank you for the update. And best regards to all at the POIS forum.
Animus.

You can share this with the forum if you wish. Thanks for getting in touch.

To the extent that your POIS is triggered by ejaculation, Rapaflo is worth a try.  In my experience it is much better than Flomax for this purpose.

To the extent orgasm is the problem, Rapflo does mute the orgasm, as well as make it dry.

It is worth a try - but most guys can't get their head around it.  For me it really has improved my life.

Funny how an "unwanted side-effect" can be a really good thing for some of us.

It is possible to have an orgasm without ejaculation pretty easily by applying pressure on a point under the testicles.

That technique is called three fingers lock or million dollar point. That video explains very well how to perfom it :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MroTm7JbIis

When performing that technique well I have 0 POIS symptoms. I created a thread on that topic with more detailed info :
