I think its not a good option because it will stink after 1 day. The best option for SLIT would be desensitization with semen of a donor.

I'm not sure that would work. Also run the risk of STDs.

WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!

Yes, but what I want to say in general it doesnt matter if its your own or someone else semen, because its not a typical case of autoimmunity. Sperm is for everybody an antigen!

Ok, I'll keep you informed.
But I'll start in a couple of weeks because I won't be in town.
many thanks

You could try this:
1. Buy a 1ml syringe to measure the amount
2. Put 0.1 ml on a piece of alumunium foil
3. Wait till it dries totally out
4. Wrap the foil

This way you have 0.1 ml pulverised semen for daily use.

there are small travel coolers you can buy that can be plugged into home sockets that keeps things pretty cool. https://www.google.com/#q=travel+cooler&hl=en&prmd=imvns&source=univ&tbm=shop&tbo=u&sa=X&ei=hRJFT_OnKsz5sQKuq_zCDw&sqi=2&ved=0CKwBEK0E&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&fp=2f26b60dbdd50ba&biw=1440&bih=703

and you can just put it in your room, hopefully dosnt make to much noise.

Now, I took at least 5 mL or 10 mL of solution under tongue and I do it 2 times 5 min (=10 min)
I do it every day. I hope to increase the chance of success and to decrease the time of cure.
My last Pois episode was very good dispite I ate a lot of junk food and sugar.
I want to increase the dose all 10 days (2 times 5 days for the same dose). So I hope to go to 1/3 or 1/2 dose in 3 months.
If SLIT don't work, I will try B3 and then try testosterone.

bjim i will say try b3, testosterone before slit.
slit is suppose to take atleast a year before feeling good effects.
B3 and testosterone much faster.

Thanks for advice I will take a decision quickly for testosterone.
I'm contining my SLIT anyway for 6 months every day. 1/61 curent dose with absolutely no improvement and no signs of reaction.
First test with niacin 300mg today ( inositol hexanicotinate ).
And first "self pr1ck-test" today. I will take photo if I have an erythrema.

No reaction after 2 tests.
I have tested after removing epidermis with a needle.
And I have tested on a small scar on the hand (contact with blood)

I give up SLIT.

You can try to hold some fresh semen in your mouth for a while. If you will not react i would try a diluted 1:10 000 intradermal test.

Thnaks for advice. I will do it next week with pure semen 2 x 5 min.
But 99.9% of chance I will have not any reaction.

I'm not a immune case, I understood it last week. My pois episodes were nice since the beggining of 2012. I made some sport even day 0 , day1  and day 2 ! (cycling).
But after a high stress week (work and family problems) I had severe Pois symptoms, no energy, weak legs and severe loss of concentration.

I think cortisol is the culprit. Hormonal Pois is a temporary depletion of steroid hormones (DHEA/testosterone).

I am also curious about why stimulants dont work in pois.
i believe stimulants work on the adrenal and the adrenal creates both dhea and testosterone.

B_Jim, when I tried SLIT I used pure fresh semen and did not get a sore throat or any other reaction and when I get semen on my skin I do not react, but antihistamines are still highly effective at reducing my POIS symptoms. Therefore I think it is possible to have an autoimmune type of POIS and yet not react to semen applied to the surface of your body.
Taking ginger tea, no wheat, fenugreek+green tea/garlic, saw palmetto, niacin, boswellia, huperzine, B complex and nutmeg. See my treatment summary post for more info: http://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=81.msg3513#msg3513

CCC : maybe it depends what kind of stimulant and when it has been taken.

Vicent Marcus : As I wrote on niacin topic, if there are more and more evidence histamine is involved and in the same time no reactions with pr1ck-test or intradermis test (or patch?), I think we should examine the fact that histamine system is disturbed by orgasm itself and not by allergy to semen.

here there are my results.
I found the way to hide it in freezer. so i user freezed semen.
I started on day 06/03. I took a risk (don't do the same) and started with concentration 1/200 because i don't  feel to be  that sensible to sperm.
day by day I went up to concetration of 2ml undiluted sperm under tongue and never had some pois symptoms!
took last dose 2 days ago.
today had an O and same symptoms as ever.
tried to put fresh semen under tongue and to spred it on my foreharm: no reaction.
I will give up SLIT as well

guslyhder : thanks for your test. I will test for the last time with 1:1 dose under tongue.

Vincent-Marcus : I'm reading and translating your very first post on the naked scientist. After I will read your posts about antihistamines.  I want to try.

b-jim, if you're interested in my symptoms I have them listed in my personal summary which is linked to in my signature below this post.

Also concerning histamine whether it's a semen allergy or just the orgasm you should probably remember Animus's case in which he eliminated most semen production in his body and can now have orgasms with no POIS symptoms.

I see you can have 1 orgasm a day now. Very nice.
What is your current supplement now : niacin or anti-histamine ? Both ?

I haven't used niacin in months, because antihistamines work better for me. Lately I've been taking antihistamines, saw palmetto, and fenugreek+tea.
