I tested again semen allergy on my skin and the result is negative.
I also tested during a long time with a self-made patch (4 hours of contact for Lymphocyte test, type IV allergy) and the result is negative.
So i'm more and more pessimitic about auto-allergy for my case.
I will test claritin now.

Hey ! I have a red spot !  8)
It's small its not an erythema but it's clearly a red spot.
After 4 hours I removed the patch (I consider my Pois symptoms often comes after 4 hours).
But 2 hours later (4 + 2 = 6 hours after patch), the red spot came.
I think it's possible I'm positive.
I took photos, I will post them later (I lost my account).

It looks like something like this :

I simply cut 2 pieces of Surgical tape ( 1 horizontal + 1 vertical like a  cross ).
I have scratched the skin with a need to remove the epidermis on a small area.
I let the the semen liquefy (about 1 hour), and then put a right amount on the small area.
I soak the surgical tape with semen too.
I finish to put the patch.

The day after, the red spot has almost disappeared.

My photo is not really convincing. I will try again last week.

M.Waldinger said the test is negative if the erythema is < 5mm. My red spot is about 1 or 2 mm.

2nd test is negative. Maybe the test should be made by a md but i'm more and more sceptic about auto-allergic cause for my Pois.
Anyway, a rush of histamines is possible, caused by orgasm itself and maybe not by allergy to sperm.

Thnaks for advice. I will do it next week with pure semen 2 x 5 min.
But 99.9% of chance I will have not any reaction.

I'm not a immune case, I understood it last week. My pois episodes were nice since the beggining of 2012. I made some sport even day 0 , day1  and day 2 ! (cycling).
But after a high stress week (work and family problems) I had severe Pois symptoms, no energy, weak legs and severe loss of concentration.

I think cortisol is the culprit. Hormonal Pois is a temporary depletion of steroid hormones (DHEA/testosterone).

I am also curious about why stimulants dont work in pois.
i believe stimulants work on the adrenal and the adrenal creates both dhea and testosterone.

Stimulants work on my POIS. Testosterone (my cure) also might have an added stimulant effect...along with my caffeine...all of which I control well.
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.
