Thanks to everyone who helped get the latest survey off the ground. I shall get to it asap. We've done a few surveys over the years and it can seem tedious filling in the same questions again. However, we have an official research team running with us now and that should guarantee that the results of this one are looked at more closely than perhaps others have been in the past.

Hi Defsync,
I don't think your overbite/neck issues generally apply to me although when stressed I can sometimes stop and be aware that my jaw has tensed up - I would expect that in itself to be relatively normal although if stress is prolonged its not good for anyone I don't think.. As others have said its great to have space on the questionnaire to raise thoughts like this on an individual basis. In the meantime, have you created a poll on pollcenter to ask about these issues? I know its nott the first I've heard of it. You may not get the number of respondents that the questionnaire will and it won't have scientific rigour but it might be a quick way of gauging if a disproportionate number of others here have a similar issues...

I've completed the survey. Overall I think it was good. Thanks. Its the case with me (and I'm sure with many of you) that the balance and severity of my symptoms has changed over time. Whereas in my early years of POIS I would have rated some symptoms as 10/10 for severity, I had to rate them somewhat less in my present experience. Some symptoms I wouldn't have listed at all a few years ago but now I get them more. Its the sort of thing that can only be summed up with elaboration and further discussion. Its good that there is a little space in the questionnaire for such things.

This is quite ok. There is a wide range of ages for the respondents. There should be a much better picture of the spectrum than has been gathered before. Thanks for completing the survey!
Turmeric and Rosemary 30-45 minutes before orgasm for anti-inflammatory and immune support has helped me a lot. Faster and easier than niacin approach.

Great to hear about the survey! I'm excited to take it and encourage others to do so as well. At one point somone in the forum had a list of email addresses (demo, was it you?). If possible, I HIGHLY recommend that somone send around the survey to those on the email list. There are a lot of POIS suffereres out there who do not check the forum as regularly as they used to (I would put myself in this camp). I wouldn't have heard about this survey hat it not been for my personal correspondence with Dr. Nan Wise. Send it around!

Took the survey. Quite meticulous work, which I believe shall assist the research considerably!

Let's hope there will be some tangible results by the end of this year.

I completed the survey a couple days ago. I thought it was put together pretty well. Took me about 20 minutes. Thanks to everyone who worked on it and to those who have taken it!!

I'm late to the party. :(  Are survey takers still needed?

Very interesting information about the overbite.  I think 'forward neck' should be included as that would probably affect the vagus nerve as well.
