I am a 33-year-old male

Around the age of 27/28, as a result of doing blood tests for non-related reasons, I discovered high prolactin and high progesterone levels. I repeated the tests earlier this year, and prolactin and progesterone were still elevated, which indicated that these weren't just momentary deviations.

I get POIS-like symptoms from water contact.

If I'm in the sun for a long time, exercising, or exposed to any heat contact I'll also get symptoms

I have high testosterone and normal prolactin levels. All sex hormones are in normal range. These were tested when I was healing / had just recently ejaculated.

My mom has Lupus and RA.

I had strep throat constantly as a child from ages 2-7. Was heavily on antibiotics in this timeframe

I’ve always felt a burning sensation in my urethra since my POIS symptoms started.

i forget to mention that white blood cell count on my semen is high , this clearly shows immune activity on semen , either due to infection or for autoimmune reasons bacterial culture was negative in 3 time i tested

when I control my POIS with HCG or prednisolone, the burning sensation either disappears or is greatly reduced.

Negative: omega 5 gliadin, seminal fluid (IgE blood allergy test)

These results are super interesting. I remember taking a serotonin test and the result was very low.

I believe this was not reported here yet. This POISer had his neurotransmitters tested. He had this made a day after an O. Most results were normal, however some showed altered levels. Particularly his epinephrine level was suboptimally high. GABA and glutamate were very low and out of range. While PEA, HVA, normetaneprine, Norepi/Epi ratio, VMA and serotonin were suboptimally low.
