I should clarify that for me the milky white fluid that comes out when I deficate produces no obvious symptoms, but the watery pre-ejaculate fluid that comes out when I'm aroused DOES produce very noticeable symptoms. Hope this helps.

It sure helps to take note that Coppers glands could be for some a source of the antigen, even if not for others.  But it is not a definitive conclusion, of course.
